HOMES4NC:

 

Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association received a grant of $3,500.00 from NCAR and $2,500 from NAR for the Guilford County Homeowners Center.  We will be matching the Homes4NC grant with $3,500.00. Congratulations to Sofia Crisp and Kathy Carpenter for their efforts in attaining these grants by our Housing Opportunity Committee.

 

HOMES4NC GETS $120,000 GRANT FROM NAR:

 

Homes4NC chaired by John Newman, received a $120,000.00 grant from NAR to go towards a “Work Force Housing Initiative”.  Homes4NC is working on a program that any of our Associations can model and use in their committees.
