Welcome to the Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association!
Types of Membership & Applications
Primary Realtor Membership: To join the GRRA, you must complete and submit the GRRA REALTOR® Application or Commercial REALTOR Application to the Association office. The application must be signed by you and the Broker-In-Charge (BIC). All required fees and dues along with a copy of your signed license must accompany the application to begin processing. Please Note: Appraisers who wish to join the GRRA must fill out the REALTOR® Application.
If you are the BIC of your office, or you are setting up your own office, you will have to fill out the Application for Multiple Listing Service (if this is a service you wish to acquire).
All fees are listed on the last page of the REALTOR® Application. Feel free to contact the Membership Coordinator, Megan Tasman, by telephone at 336.854.5868 or e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org to review the fees and to ensure that you are paying the right amount.
Secondary REALTOR® Membership is for the REALTOR® who has primary membership in another association, but would like to join GRRA. To become a Secondary REALTOR® Member, or Secondary Commercial REALTOR Member and take advantage of the many benefits that come with your membership, you need only pay the local dues and any other service related dues.
Affiliate Membership is for individuals looking to promote their product and services to the REALTOR® community. If you're not selling or dealing in real estate and do not hold an active license, this is one of two membership types designed for you! Note that Affiliate Membership includes North Carolina Association of REALTORS® dues.
Fill out the Affiliate Membership application below for the AFFILIATE and only pay the prorated local dues according to the month you join. (Only the 1st AFFLIATE in each office joins the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®)
Associate Membership is also for individuals looking to promote their product and services to the REALTOR® community, but does not include North Carolina Association of REALTORS® membership dues.
Fill out the Associate Membership Application and pay the prorated dues according to the month you join based on the $100 yearly fee (only the DESIGNATED ASSOCIATE pays the full local dues)
MLS-Only Membership: If you are interested in joining Triad MLS, please follow the steps below to ensure your application is accepted and processed properly.
1. Determine if your Broker-In-Charge is a Triad MLS member. If he or she is not, then they must first join paying the one time office set up fee listed on the application and also obtain a letter of good standing from the primary association.
2. Obtain a letter of Good Standing from your primary REALTOR® Association. The letter must contain your license and NRDS numbers.
3. Complete the GRRA Application for Multiple Listing Service.
4. Forward the following: a) Application for Multiple Listing Service; b) letter of Good Standing c) $100.00 application fee and d) $260.00* MLS service fee.
*MLS Service is billed at $260.00 every six (6) months, and is prorated when you join. Please note that the billing cycles may require you to pay more when you submit your application.
Once all the materials are received, you will receive an e-mail with your temporary log-in and password from Triad MLS.
