Together, we fight for legislation to protect an individual's right to own, use and transfer real property. We work in concert with economic development with an eye toward protecting the environment .

Our dispute resolution and grievance procedures are an effective way for our members to resolve controversies arising out of a real estate transaction without having to resort to costly and timely legal fees.
