TRIAD MLS Triad MLS recently
received an inquiry about the following topic, and asked us to include the
following explanation to all members:
Entering Listings
into the MLS for Comp Purposes Only
The Triad MLS rule states that in
order for sold data to be entered into the MLS for the sole purpose of
comparable information, a Triad MLS subscriber/participant MUST represent at
least one side of the transaction. If you
have appropriate Add/Edit permissions, you can enter the listing if you
represented the listing or selling side but the system only allows you to enter
yourself as the listing agent to get the listing into the MLS.

FINANCIAL CALCULATOR COURSE COMING TUESDAY
If you’re interested in pursuing a CCIM designation, you should consider the CCIM
Financial Calculator course at the Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association.
Scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2009 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.,
this free course is designed to provide an understanding of the
financial analysis tools, concepts and calculations necessary to operate in the
world of commercial real estate.
Instructor Joe Larkin will walk
participants through how to assess the time value of money calculations using
Microsoft Excel software. This course is a great way to prepare for the CCIM Intro course and beyond, and it comes at no cost to
all North Carolina REALTORS®.
